U Market Interface Redesign

On November 9, 2020, U Market's software (Jaggaer) was updated to version 20.3. The new version has a redesigned interface, which changes the look and feel of the shopping tool while maintaining its core functionality.

Innovative: New Furniture & Zoom AV Punchout

Innovative Office Solutions has launched a new U Market punchout. The site showcases a wide variety of office furniture as well as an all-in-one Zoom Room AV solution.

You also have the ability to request custom quotes and submit them as orders in U Market.

U Market & Google Chrome Issues

Requesters are experiencing intermittent issues when pulling U Market carts into EFS using Google Chrome. We understand the problem and are working to have a fix in place soon.

Please temporarily switch to another web browser such as Firefox, then navigate as you normally would. If Google Chrome is your only browser option, you can try following these instructions to disable the features in Chrome that seem to be causing the problem.

If you need to retrieve a lost cart, please follow these step-by-step instructions. We apologize for this inconvenience.

U Market Services is still handling all package delivery for the Twin Cities and St. Paul campuses due to access restrictions. This includes Amazon, FedEx and UPS packages.

If you need to locate a package, please contact U Market Customer Support at ums@umn.edu, 612-624-4878. Please include or have the following package information ready:

  • Tracking number(s)
  • Original intended delivery location
  • Name of intended recipient
