Rainin Surcharge

Due to the pandemic and other factors, products from the Rainin punchout will include an additional surcharge. This added cost will automatically be included in the price of the item. For more information about rates and the reasons behind the surcharge,click here.

U Market Operations & Delivery

U Market Services is still handling all package delivery for the Twin Cities and St. Paul campuses due to access restrictions. This includes Amazon, FedEx and UPS packages.

If you need to locate a package, please contact U Market Customer Support at ums@umn.edu, 612-624-4878. Please include or have the following package information ready:

  • Tracking number(s)
  • Original intended delivery location
  • Name of intended recipient
