Another fiscal year has nearly come and gone! Whether you're a Requester or a Shopper on U Market, here's what you need to know.
SHOPPERS
U Market will be available for customers to shop during the end of the fiscal year from Monday, June 23 to Monday, June 30. However, purchase orders will NOT be sent to suppliers during this time.
During normal business hours from June 23 to June 27, phone orders will be accepted for U Market Stock items only. To place a U Market Stock order, call U Market Customer at 612-624-4878. Departments must provide appropriate, active chart string information when ordering. These orders will not be billed until the new fiscal year.
Please note that prices are subject to change during this period when new requisitions cannot be created. Carts created before may have price variances.
On July 1, 2025, you will be able to shop U Market as usual.
REQUESTERS
U Market requisitions must be fully approved in EFS without error before the EFS pause. Check with your local finance team for exact deadlines.
On July 1, 2025, all U Market activity will resume as normal.
