FM Order Form

If a part or tool is needed for a specific project, contact the FM Order Desk at 612-626-5000, or fill out an FM Order Form. Once the items are on-hand, they can be picked up at U Market Services’ warehouse at 2901 Talmage Ave. SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414. They can also be delivered directly to a work site if needed.

U Market Services works with FM to maintain the stock of cleaning supplies in custodial closets. We do this by visiting each location and taking inventory of the items needed to fully stock the closet. Orders are then placed wirelessly and packed, delivered and stocked by U Market Services within 24 hours.

The Parlevel Program allows the custodial staff to focus on their core mission of cleaning and maintaining and not worry about managing supplies.
