INCORRECT / DAMAGED ITEMS (7 DAYS)
After your package has arrived, ensure it is indeed what you ordered and not damaged during shipping. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, you have 7 days to return the item.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS (30 DAYS)
Defective items are warrantied by suppliers for 30 days. Contact Customer Support as soon the defect is noticed. After 30 days, there may still be a manufacturer warranty and Customer Support can help navigate that situation as well.
STANDARD RETURN (30 DAYS)
If none of the above apply, you have 30 days to return an item. Please note that all products must have their original packaging to eligible for return.
