U Market Services offers full outgoing shipping services through UPS and FedEx at two locations on campus—the KE and BDD Docks. These services can be paid for using an University account number or chart string. We can also help with hazardous materials and international shipping, if requested in advance.

Shipping Service Location #1: KE Dock
UPS, FedEx and other shipping services are available at the KE Dock of the Academic Health Center (425 East River Parkway). The KE dock is open and staffed Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dock staff can be reached at 612-626-5171.
Shipping Service Location #2: BDD Dock
UPS, FedEx and other shipping services are also available at the BDD Dock of the Cancer Cardiovascular Research Building (644 21st Avenue SE). The BDD dock is open and staffed Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Dock staff can be reached at 612-626-2748.
